Our Referral Philosophy

Referrals should feel safe, respectful, and easy — for you and for the families you serve. We partner with elder care professionals to reduce stress and bring clarity to financial decisions during aging, caregiving, and life transitions.

This page is intended for professional referral partners including elder care agencies, healthcare advocates, attorneys, and CPAs seeking a fiduciary wealth management partner.

What we believe

  • Clients come first — always.
  • Clear communication beats complexity.
  • Referrals should create relief, not pressure.
  • We treat your relationship with the client with care and respect.

Who we're best for

  • Families navigating retirement, aging, caregiving, or loss
  • Professionals supporting seniors (care agencies, elder law, CPAs, healthcare advocates)
  • People who want fiduciary guidance and a long-term plan

What we do (and don't do)

We do
  • Provide fiduciary advice aligned with the client's goals
  • Coordinate with trusted professionals (with client permission)
  • Explain options simply and document decisions clearly
  • Help families organize accounts and next steps
We don't do
  • High-pressure sales
  • One-size-fits-all product pitching
  • Unclear fees or hidden incentives

How we collaborate with elder care partners

  • Warm handoff: you introduce us → we follow up respectfully
  • Shared expectations: who does what, when, and how we communicate
  • Updates with consent: we keep you in the loop when the client wants that
  • Feedback loop: we continuously improve the experience

What to expect (3 steps)

  1. Intro call (15 minutes): fit, urgency, and the next best step
  2. Client meeting: goals, plan, and a simple action list
  3. Ongoing coordination: periodic updates (with client consent)

Refer a Family (Partner Use)

If you have a family who could benefit from fiduciary planning, the simplest path is a warm introduction. With the family's permission, connect us and we'll take it from there—respectfully and without pressure.

Please only refer with the family's permission. We'll coordinate updates with consent and protect your relationship with them.
